Najbolje ti je na 6 bjelanjaka pojedeš 2-3 žutanjka,ali ako si na masi udaraj sve,a ako si baš na teškoj defki,onda samo bjelanjke...

Kajgana ima najvise kalorija  a  dodatak u odnosu na kuhana jaja je iz masti... najbolje je jesti kuhana jaja 
kuhano jaje od 50 gr ima oko 74 cal
kajgana 95 call razlika  od 20 cal su masti X 5 jaja je š00 cal
ha ha ha

Baš sam jucer bila u shoppingu - 50 jaja Smile
Ja jedem samo š žumanjak, ostalo bjelanjke (ovisi kako koji dan, 4+ bjelanjaka) svako jutro jer mi tako odgovara (problemi sa žuci).

Rece mi nedavno drug da je dokazano da jaja ne bi trebalo jesti prije spavanja, jer su kao jako teska za probaviti pa moze doci do nekih komplikacija...
Meni se to cini kao glupost, onda bi za blagdane svi pomrli koliko se prezderaju...
Sta vi kazete ?

Znam da moj stari koji ima problema sa žuci ni ne pomišlja na jaja navecer, samo ujutro.

A ja tamanim cca 30 jaja tjedno za dorucak tako da mi navecer ne pada na pamet ponovno possegnuti za jajima! T&#šš1;ngue
