Evo nam ljeta pa nek svako da svoju ideju kako najbolje i najbrže skinuti masne naslage tamo gdje ih vec ko ima najviše...Plan prehrane i treninga možemo pisat...

Ja planiram srezat kalorije 3 dana, 4. dan ih podebljat, kao sto sam pisao i u svome blogu. Izbaciti nepotrebne kalorije kao sto su u cokoladi, sokovima, cipsu itd.. Izbaciti UH iz vecere.. to je moj program za sljedecih par mj..
Sto se tice treninga, crobni niskog intenziteta ujutro na prazan zeludac, navecer boks, i jos u sredini dana kruzni trening utezima.. |

ja planiram kao i dosad,najmanje 5 obroka na dan,cim manje uh,slatkiša,sokova i junka nimalo..puuno povrca:)
odraditi insanity do kraja pa onda ponoviti sve ili samo drugi mjesec. |

Da, radim u kavezu cucnjeve, bench, itd.. dobar je dobar, jos sada nabavio novih 90 kg koluta i veliku sipku.. Samo ne stignes bas utege kako imam boks u 5 popodne, a ujutro faks, pa me to sjebe.. a navecer bas nemam volje.. 2 x tjedno ubacit utege i to je to.. valjda oko podna.. |
