   Pa ovako, prakticki nemas odredjen broj serija koji se radi po jednoj spravi/vjezbi, ali najbolje je ne ici preko 6 serija po š vjezbi.  
   
  Jer onda, ako radis prsa, neces sa maximumom odradit kosi i kontrakosi bench.  |
