Sastojci:

* 500 g svježeg sira
* 2 jaja
* 4 žlice brašna
* žlicica soli
* š/2 žlicice mljevene paprike
* ulje za prženje

U zdjelu staviti svježi sir, jaja, brašno, sol i papriku i sve dobro izmiješati. Oblikovati uštipke žlicom i spuštati u vrelo ulje (ili mast) i popržiti s obje strane dok ne porumene. Izvaditi i ocijediti.

aj ako imate dobrih recepata sa tikvicama pišite,ja ih najviše volim pohane, ali kako ih pravit sa što manje ulja...reeeceptiiiiiiii

a sad kuharica neka baš i ne, al volim pravit ovako brzinske neke stvari poput tikvica, a gurmanka...ufff.. itekako , jedem i opet razmišljam šta cu sljedece jesti

 da li bi se dalo te popecke zamjesiti, napraviti oblike i onda u rerni ispeci bez ulja (malo brasnom posipati dno protvana) i onda ispeci, s time da se nakon nekog vremena okrenu...

na pek papir ih stavi slobodno, bez posipanja brašnom

i okreni nakon što se zarumeni gornja strana.

da, tad je to p+uh obrok, znaci prolazi. moš i stavit brašno koje god hoceš, ne mora biti bijelo ma moš i samljeti zobene pa popecke u njih uvaljati.

svako jelo i recept se može uciniti zdravijim.
