Negde sam cuo da mikrotalasne pecnice unistavaju nutritivne
vrednosti stvari, stoga jedemo samo "prazne kalorije". A danas sam gledao bas dosta recepata na youtubu, kako bodibilderi pripremaju svoje obroke za naredne dane, i veliki broj njih stavi u zamrzivac, i nec pre nego sto ce jesti stavi u friz. pa tog dana u mikrotalansu... Sta vi mislite o tome? |
