evo ja sam nova na forumu  
   
  treniram 2 godine crobic 3 puta tjedno i š tjedno work out ili pilates , uglavnom nije da imam viska kila ali ne vidim bas neke pozitivne promjene na sebi pa sam se malo odlucila ukljuciti u svijet profica da vidim sto radim krivo idem nastaviti citati tjedne jelovnike pozz svima ;)  |

   vise se kreci,trci vozi bicikl,a nevjeruem da to radis 2 
 
   
  godine i da nevidis rezultate..mislim u tom razdoblju morala si neki pomak uvidjet..
