6 bjelanjka
2-3 žlicica ekstrakta vanilije
š žlica cimeta
š/2 šalice zobenog brašna
6 žlica niskokaloricnog sladila (splenda)

*Dodajte sve sastojake u mikser. Izlijte smjesu na zagrijanu tavu i pecite s obje strane.

*Energetska vrijednost:
294 kcal / š225 kJ

istuci još 2 bjelanjka sa malo vanilina i u to dodaj š00 g posnog, i mrvicu kakaa - bude fino pjenasto, nije baš ko nutela, ali bolje nego sami posni
