koje namirnice je pametno odabrati kada me "uhavti" glad oko 22h sto je
vrlo cesto?? :))   jogurt, svijezi sir, bademi...????

Bilo što da nisu ugljikohidrati.
Možeš posni s bademima ili tunu s maslinovim, ponavljam se kao papagaj

  aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa... ja poluđujem jer su mi treninzi do 22h.... a prije ne stizem jest normalno... onda se budi zvjer u meni u te sate, pa sav ucinak treninga padne u vodu.. i tako svaki daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!!

dion, i meni su treninzi do 22, a nekad i do 23... nakon toga PWM i brzo u krpe dok se zvijer ne razbudi

U 22 h - ako mene pitaš onda - ništa. Više se posveti organiziranju obroka tokom dana pa neceš imati potrebu jesti u 22.

Klopu u 22 priznajem samo ako ceš do jutra plesati vani!

Jesti se treba dok god se ne ode spavati. Pitanje je samo što i u koje vrijeme. Najgora stvar u svemu je biti gladan.
