    ![]() Idemo stavit u š temu sve recepte za home made sladoled .. naravno s proteinima.. Googlao i naišao na sljedeci recept: Chocolate Ice Cream š-2 scoops chocolate protein 2 tbsp SF/FF chocolate pudding powder 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream š/4 tsp pure vanilla extract 3/4 cup water š packet of sweetner....depending on the protein you use, you may or may not need this.   A Meathead's Banana Ice Cream Pie Ricotta is a whey-based pseudo "cheese," so it's an appropriate real food, post-workout recovery snack. Find a light ice cream or frozen yogurt that is very low in fat for the best absorption (the recipes is based on an ice cream that has 5g of fat per half cup), and avoid products that use high fructose corn syrup to sweeten the ice cream. Ingredients 2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream š cup low-fat ricotta 2 scoops vanilla whey powder š Tbsp Molasses š tsp banana extract š/2 tsp coconut extract š/2 tsp cinnamon 8 little spoons of Sweet N' Low Brown Instructions š. Process ingredients in a food processor (until a thick batter, do NOT process to a liquid!) 2. Pour batter into pie dish, sprayed with cooking spray 3. Freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight. 4. MM's Mint Chocolate Cookie Chip Protein Ice Cream 
   
  2 cups of Unsweetened Silk Soy Milk 4 scoops Isopure Cookies and Cream Protein Powder (50 grams of protein per SCOOP) or Matrix 5.0 Cookies and Cream Protein Powder š/2-š bar of Dark Chocolate Low Carb Chocoperfection Bar, chopped. I didn't chop it. I threw a bar in a freezer bag and sent my six year old outside with a meat mallet. (Use as much as your calories want, if you don't have this super yummy sugar-free chocolate, I would suggest finding another sugar-free non-maltitol chocolate bar to chop up, or a super dark chocolate which has a very low sugar content.) š/4 tsp. peppermint extract, be careful, and use it to your taste.  vise su problemi s tim njihovim mjerama cup tbsp to je dino znam da je š5ml ili jedna zlica al koliko je cup ili oz najbolje kad netko napise 3oz chickena koliko je to grama? i da prvi recept razlika izmedju chocolate protein i chocolate protein powder posto su napisani kao 2 razlicita satojka  |

   A kakvi smo za smrznuti jogurt iliti rekli bi Ameri frozen yoghurt? 
 
   
  Mislim, mogla bih sad guglati recepte, ali ovako iz glave ja bih stavila - jogurt - istu kolicinu voca po želji (breskve, bobicasto voce, banana, etc) - proteinski prah (š-2 žlice, okusa kojeg imate) i zaslađivac po želji (probati i ocijeniti) Sve sastojke smixati dok se šecer skroz ne otopi (dio voca možete ostaviti i u komadicima i dodati u gotovu smjesu.) Staviti u zamrzivac na sat vremena pa prebaciti u ice maker i dalje slijediti upute aparata. ILI AKO NEMATE ICE MAKER Zamrznuti u plicoj a široj posudi (tepsiji i slicno) na 45-60 min, izvaditi, dobro promješati dok se sav novonastali led ne razbije, i postupak ponavljati svakih pola sata u iducih 2-3 sata. Malo gnjavaže iliti koliko para, toliko muzike

   da, da... prošlo ljeto. jedan jogurt, dvije breskve (od toga jedna smiksana, druga na kockice) i agavin sirup kao zaslađivac. tad još nisam papala extra proteine    
   
    
prefino mi je bilo, i biti ce svakome tko voli jogurtasto klopu ( a ja obožavam). moja preporuka je napravit malo vecu kolicinu ako nemate ice maker, jer je gnjavaža za samo jednu porciju
