 I to sto kazes.. treba odradit i koji lagani trening.. ili si odredit nakon nekih 2mj da se odradi tjedan dana relaksirajuceg treninga..  |

   eh, moram vas razocarati- maya radi po nivoima! tako da ako vidi da možeš napraviti 50 sklekova, 50 trbušnjaka, 50 cucnjeva- za vas ce napraviti puno više ponavljanja i serija, puno teže stvari cete raditi i ostalo... ja sam teška pocetnica tako da meni daje lagane vježbe, a opet me na kraju uspije oznojiti.
 
   
  s tim da odmah na pocetku imate meni koji birate što želite vježbati taj dan: -upper body -core body -lower body -flexibility -weight loss -cardio predobra mi je
