     ma jel to naš trunto?  Sandro, prije par tjedana smo imali problem sa viškom znakova interpunkcije, sad imamo ne sa manjkom nego nedostatkom...tocka, zarez, upitnik - please? zahvaljujemo unaprijed  A kako su sise došle - preko noci? Iako muške sise u nekim slucajevima ne moraju bit povezane sa debljinom, rekao si da imaš desetak kila viška - onda je vjerojatno problem u tome, a tu nema puno price nego poslušat kolegu Davora i pocet radit na skidanju kila, pa ce i sise nestat...

Sise padaju jedino sa mrsavljenjem i treningom.. kao i sve ostalo.. najjednostavnija pravila mora slijedit i gotovo, a to su: 
   
  š) sredjena prehrana 2) crobni trening 3) trening s utezima I nema tu previse filozofije.. samo rad, rad i rad..  |

hahhaha istina alll ljudi ja treniram jako puno sad rehrana sve je umjereno neznam kako tacno da se hranim p redovno treniram nogomet dok je bila sezona svaki dan sam imo trening idem u teretanu redovno svaki dan 3 h najmanje sam u teretani onda visim na igralistu znam sa prijateljom ici na tenis cesto da ga namazemm heheh zivim za sport a u pm kile nikad da onu mozda je problem kad sam bio manji pio sam kole tonu po 4 l na dan alll sad je nepijem samo pijem energetska pica ,Nesti,cedevitu...

     Sandro, si cuo ti kad za prorocicu Pitiju? Mora da ste u rodu nešto  Od cijelog smuckanog teksta ti nabacaš ta 2 jadna zareza na kraju di bi još i skužili da se radi o nabrajanju  3 h u teretani svaki dan? nepotrebno.... ocito je problem i u treningu, i u prehrani...ajd zaljepi tu neki svoj jelovnik da vidimo di kiksaš....sa zarezima molim te još jednom   |

hmmm ujutro za veliki odmor sendvic ili cizburger jer nemam sta jesti u skoli rucak hmmm uglavnom nesto kugano a vecera cesto propustam jer sam jako umoran od dana a nekad znam biti tolko gladan da moram pojesti nesto od suhe hrane ko npr hamburger itd

 Lega, od 4 posta u ovom topicu ni jedan ne vrijedi ništa, ako neceš pomoci, nemoj ni spamati! A ti sandro imaš problema sa prehranom a pomalo i streningom, ali najviše prehranom! Procitaj prvi i drugi dio ovog clanak za prehranu pa si složi neki plan jela i dođi ga napisat ovdje! što se tice problema.. izgleda li to nekako ovako?
