Ja treniram boks.. konacno da je netko spomenuo..
Udaranje u vrecu je odlican trening za mrsavljenje i odrzavanje forme.. Mnogo ti rade donja ledja i misici ramena.. ali prakticki udaranjem u vrecu radi cijeli gornji dio tijela.. to je odlican ancrobni primjer treninga.. |

i ja sam na boxu ili tocnije fitbox...
pa sa ženske perspektive mogu reci da se meni ojacao donji dio leđa, struk mi je uži, a i pogled na stražnji dio tijela je ljepši a i primijetila sam da mi je i držanje tijela nekako bolje, više nisam toliko zgrbljena... tako da hip hip hura za

slažem se sa time , jedanput kad smo imali trening došao je neki tip , kao on bu udaral vrecu i kad je lupil pukao mu palac ,i od onda se više nije pojavio ;) |

, a veza između tvog i posta koji si citirao je... ? anyway, vec sam pisao o svom kratkom izgledu na kickbox. imam vrlo dobro mišljenje o fitness primjeni borilackih sportova, o curama koje se njima bave još bolje, ali meni fali željezo u toj prici.. (idealna kombinacija bi bila da se istovremeno bavim i teretanom i kickboxom, ali toliko vremena i volje baš nemam..) |

Vjerojatno ovisi o intenzitetu i vremenu, jednako kao i HIIT, možeš hodati 60min ili š5ak min trcati u intervalima. Isto i s udarcima. Vjerujem da je to ono na što je davor ciljao. |
