Ako ja dobro shvacam clanak, tu se radi o 5 tjednih full body treninga, zar ne? Znaci 5 serija za clean and press, 5 serija za zgibove i 5 serija za cucnjeve svaki dan osim subote i nedjelje. Zar nije to malo previše za tjedni trening, a ovdje se navodi kao 5 kratkih treninga?, 3 ovakva treninga tjedno bi bilo optimalno po meni, al zar nije 5 ovakvih full body treninga teška pretreniranost?
