Hah, evo i mene na natjecanju... malo kasnim, ali bolje ikad nego nikad.. imam 26 godina, i treniram opet boks, nakon poduze pauze te se pripremam za drzavno prvenstvo... zbog natjecanja koje je 17.4. moram skinut 10kg, no imam vec dovoljno razloga za skidanje kilograma i bez toga... Naime, u proteklih god i pol sam dobio 16kg, vecinom od junk hrane i noci ispunjenih alkoholom (vise ovo drugo :D )
S utezima trenutno ne radim, ubacim koji trening girjama, no bok odradjujem 6x tjedno i uskoro ubacujem jos svakodnevno trcanje... vidjet cemo rezultate za 2mj :)

Visina: 181cm
Tezina: 100kg
Opseg prsa: 122cm
Opseg struka: 104cm
Opseg nadlaktice: 43cm








Ledja su slikana danas, druge slike pred 2 dana...

Tek sad vidim koliko sam se udebljao :SS

Imaš godinu dana manje, 6cm niži i iste kile kao i ja plus imaš isti cilj kao i ja, zanimljivo.
Sad se možemo tesat zajedno :D

Sto se tice prehrane, necu bazirat nista na BB programima, nit gledat kalorijski unos, jer je situacija kada moram skinut cca 10 kg do negdje 5..4., da bih se mogao onda kroz 10-12 dana priviknuti na tezinu i uspjet odrzavat, s obzirom da je vaganje svaki dan natjecanja, pa nije da moram proci samo prvi dan vagu :S

Dorucak: uglavnom bude 3 tvrdo kuhana jaja + feta integralnog kruha
Rucak: 50g rize ili paste + 200g puretine ili piletine + povrce
Nakon treninga: mjerica whey-a + banana
Oko 7h: 200g graha, lece ili slanutka + whey
Vecera: 200g posnog + 30g orasastih plodova

Od dodataka prehrani unosim whey, DualTabs vitamini i minerali, kofeinske tablete, l-carnitin ampule, ZMA, Omega 3...

Ma neee cisto radi guranja možeš ti mogu ja i te fore. A vidim prehrana ti je dosta slicna mojoj, samo ja mijenjam kako koji dan i nemam tih suplemenata osim whey-a.
Planiram iduci tjedan nabavit cink pa za prije treninga da potakne dodatno znojenje, vidim kak ce to ic pa javim ako nabavim :D

Vise se znojim sa l-carnitinom, a to je ono sto je meni trenutno potrebno...  kasno sam se sjetio na dijetu, tako da ne mogu razmisljat dal cu izgubit samo masnoce ili ne..

Znam znam.. Vec 15.4. cu izgledat dobro sa 10 kg manje, a na ljeto mozda i 20 kg manje :)

Isto se i meni dogodilo. Nakon što se dani i dani provedu u teretani da se dobije neki napredak i taman kad uspiješ , na svoje dolazi junkfood alkohol i neprospavane noci :) Sam kaj sam ja smršavio a ti se zdebljo.. I ja sam nedavno poceo vježbat, valjda cemo se vratit na staro :) Sretno!
