Tek kad ti je prehrana 100% sredjena razmisljaj o suplementima inace bacas novac. Uzima se 5gr prije ili nakon treninga ili po pola prije i pola poslije od toga nakon treninga. Ubacis sve skupa u shake s vodom. Ali kao sto rekoh siguran sam da ti prehrana nije sredjena tako da se ne trebas zamarat s tim zasada. Pozz

Dehidracija-jer mišici pocnu uzimati vodu iz cijeloga tijela,mogu se javiti grcevi mišica jer elektoliti nisu u balansu zbog dehidracije. Gastrointestinalni problemi kao što su bolovi i grcevi u trbuhu,vrtoglavica i dijareja. Bilo je i slucajeva zatajenja bubrega i raspadanja skeletnog mišicnog tkiva kod osoba koje su uzimale 10 g kreatina na dan više od 6 tjedana.

Koji su to slucajevi zatajenja bubrega i raspadanja skeletnog mišicnog tkiva radi korištenja kreatina, pošalji pls te dokumente jer kreatin nema štetnih ucinaka , bar ne trenutno zananosti poznatih

Zezam se...ne...nije da svakom se sad to desi,ali je kao slucajeva bilo,rijetko ali je...nemoj da se prepireš samnom jer je moj tata jaci od tvog samo da znaš

Nije bilo, zato i velim da siris neutemeljene dezinformacije Smile , jer za takve ozbiljne tvrdnje treba imati i pokrica, a ne rekla-kazala

Allergies

Creatine has been associated with asthmatic symptoms. People should avoid creatine if they have known allergies to this supplement. Signs of allergy may include rash, itching, or shortness of breath.

Side Effects and Warnings

There is limited systematic study of the safety, pharmacology, or toxicology of creatine. Individuals using creatine, including athletes, should be monitored by a healthcare professional. Users are advised to inform their physicians or other qualified healthcare professionals.

Some individuals may experience gastrointestinal symptoms, including loss of appetite, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, or nausea.

Creatine may cause muscle cramps or muscle breakdown, leading to muscle tears or discomfort. Strains and sprains have been reported due to enthusiastic increases in workout regimens once starting creatine. Weight gain and increased body mass may occur. Heat intolerance, fever, dehydration, reduced blood volume, or electrolyte imbalances (and resulting seizures) may occur.

There is less concern today than there used to be about possible kidney damage from creatine, although there are reports of kidney damage, such as interstitial nephritis. Patients with kidney disease should avoid use of this supplement. Similarly, liver function may be altered, and caution is advised in those with underlying liver disease.

In theory, creatine may alter the activities of insulin. Caution is advised in patients with diabetes or hypoglycemia, and in those taking drugs, herbs, or supplements that affect blood sugar. Serum glucose levels may need to be monitored by a healthcare professional, and medication adjustments may be necessary.

Long-term administration of large quantities of creatine is reported to increase the production of formaldehyde, which may potentially cause serious unwanted side effects.

Creatine may increase the risk of compartment syndrome of the lower leg, a condition characterized by pain in the lower leg associated with inflammation and ischemia (diminished blood flow), which is a potential surgical emergency.

Reports of other side effects include thirst, mild headache, anxiety, irritability, aggression, nervousness, sleepiness, depression, abnormal heart rhythm, fainting or dizziness, blood clots in the legs (called deep vein thrombosis), seizure, or swollen limbs.

Creatine side effects

Creatine side effectsThe amino acid Creatine doesn't officially have too many negative side effects, apart from the fact that it can make you appear bloated due to increased water retention. Muscles can feel softer to the touch.
However, inofficially there have been reports of kidney stones and even renal failure as serious side effects of Creatine.
Since Creatine promotes water retention, the blood volume increases, which leads to an increased strain on the heart. The heart is a muscle and weakens due to the Creatine, while it has to pump more blood volume. This can cause an enlarged heart and/or an enlarged aorta.
A serious adverse side effect of Creatine is that it can cause liver failure. Creatine should not be taken for more than 2 weeks.
At least one person reported numb feet as a bad Creatine side effect. Bodybuilders recommend to take Creatine with glutamine to reduce the adverse effects, and drink plenty of water.
Creatine monohydrate side effects that are often mentioned are chest pain, supposedly related to the heart.
Short term side effects of Creatine include: bloating, nausea, cramps, muscle gain, shortness of breath and muscle tears.
Long term side effects of Creatine are kidney failure, acid Reflux and the body's natural creatine production will eventually diminish due to unnatural levels being maintained by Creatine supplementation.
There are rumors that Creatine monohydrate causes increased ureic acid concentration in the urine, causing gout. The rumors pertaining kidney problems associated with Creatine are too many to disregard and caution is advised!
Creatine Ethyl Ester may contain alcohol from the esterfication process. This may be the main cause of liver problems associated with Creatine.

Ma ok kaj piše negdje, nema zabilježenih problema povezanih sa kreatinom u praksi, a niti dokumentiranog medicinskog slucaja povezanog sa kreatinom, te iz strucno trenersko-znanstvenih krugova se navodi kao siguran suplement bez negativnih svojstava u dosadasnjoj znanstvenoj praksi....i za c vitamin piše hrpa toga, pa i voda je smrtonosna u extremnim slucajevima, tak da nema smisla i potrebe plasiti ljude sa stetnosti kreatina koje je u principu nepostojece.
Sve ove info gore su zapoceta sa "rumors" , "limited study" i kreatin je u odredjenim krugovima po netu bio optuzivan za neka navedena nezeljena svojstva, no pokazalo se da su to sve neutemeljene glasin, tako da ima sigurno puno zaostalih negativnih clanaka koji nisu up to date.

OK.slažem se,neželim širit nikakvu paranoju za svima dragi kreatincic...samo što su sve to novija istraživanja i zasad nema nekih vecih tegoba vezano za njega,ali se ubiti tvrdi da na duge staze i neznaju dali ce biti kakvih nuspojava dok ne prodje dogledno vrijeme za takvo istraživanje-znaci može bit,a i nemora...to nezna nitko zasada..živi bili pa vidjeli,a dotad pump up the volume [<:o)]
