vježbam 5x na tjedan, kombinacija kardio treininga i treninga snage.jel ok jednom tjedno zamijeniti trening kvalitetnim hodanjem (npr. kad zbog faksa ne stignem vježbati ili mi se neda znojiti :D)? onda bi to ispalo 4 prava treninga + jedno kvalitetno hodanje (u brijeg, oko 40min).
