trcim vec tri tjedna,jedem normalno,ali sam se zdebljo 1,5kg. jel možda razlog stres?

Sjajan je plan. Bio sam vec u kondiciji pa sam poceo od cetvrtog tjedna, završio sam sam sa ovim planom i pre zadovoljan sam. Ali ne želim ovde stati niti trcati samo kao do sada želim napredovati. Ako imate slucajno koji plan za trku na 1000m ili 1200m bio bih vam zahvalan da mi pošaljete.

Plan je odlican. Pogotovo za mene jer sam totalni pocetnik u trcanju sa 46 god i nakon operacije koljena i stopala. ??
