Zašto je riža toliko bitna za zdravu prehranu?
Ja moram jesti bez glutena (dakle zobene o kojima se stalno prica ne dolaze u obzir) i dajle pls, neku ideju kako pripremiti rižu "na brzaka" ili barem što je brže moguce? |

U ekspres loncu:)
Ili skuhaš jedan dan više pa si spremiš po posudicama u zamrzivac. Ja radim rižoto od piletine, puretine, s dagnjama, kozicama. Baš kao cisti prilog slabo.No možeš i to, pa uz to neko meso i salata.
