Bok, super je clanak.A mene zanima kako dobiti misicnu masu treniram funkcionalni trening i samo mrsavim a i ovako sam vec mrsava nigdje nema mišica hvala na pomoci.. |

Tenamarta, trebaš jesti Pretpostavljam da je više do hrane nego do progresa u treningu, s obzirom da mršaviš, iako i ovo drugo može štekati jer nekad ti treninzi znaju biti čisto lamatanje utezima, bez nekog reda i prilagođenog programa. Ako želiš skužit u čemu je stvar, piši dalje...
