Ne znam kako to izgleda, ali po mojoj procjeni, 55 kg ce ti biti premalo na visinu. Ponavljam, to je samo moja procjena. Jedi cešce, svaka 3h najbolje, i svakako jedi više, podebljaj prvenstveno proteine, izbaci ovu marmeladu iz dorucka (tocnije, jedne od opcija dorucka), podebljaj piletinu, ovaj obrok nakon treninga neka ti bude iskljucivo p + uh, i prije spavanja bih ja ubacio p + m obrok. Slobodno procitaj FAQ i malo u pdf-u "Nutricionizam", pretpostavljam da ce ti biti jasnije. ![]() |
