Zanima me koliko vas, uz cucanj, radi i iskorak?
Radite li ga s bucicama, bez opterecenja ili sa šipkom?



Za one koji ne znaju kako izgleda iskorak, evo video:
Iskorak s bucicama
Iskorak s šipkom

Koji mišic najbolje osjetite dok radite iskorak?
Vjerojatno cure više rade iskorak, jer pogađa i guzu, no volio bih da mi se i decki jave da vidimo koliko cesto radite ovu vježbu.

ja sam operirao koljeno i ovo je odlicna vježba za quadriceps..nema bolje vjezbe za noge uz cucanj :)

Uzeo mi rijec iz usta :) Također, radim ju al kad znam da mi slijedi dođe mi da izađem van

Inace radim i sa bucicama, i sa šipkom, i na mjestu, i hodajuce, bla bla..pokušavam što više mijenjat da mi ne bude dosadno..ali i dalje mi je

I da..najviše kvadrove osjetim..pogotovo kod hodajucih...nije mi to neka vježba za guzu baš...više ju ubijem drugim vježbama..

Meni je osobno cucanj prevelika muka s obzirom na to da mi je koljeno u rasulu a i imam problematicnu kralježnicu...ovo je super vježba ali nerijetko je gužva u teretani i nema baš mjesta za to
Vracam se starom poroku...mišicima :P

ja ju radim, ali tek odnedavno, s bucicama. i boring je, najviše kvadricepse kako ste rekli, ali ako se stvarno koncentriram pošteno osjetim i guzu. cucnjeve radim samo izdržaje u cucnju jer nisam u stanju napravit cucanj kako treba (držanje), a ne želim kontrcfekt. jedino široki cucanj tu se mogu držat ravno. pokušat cu one leg uskoro, nadam se ce ic kako treba.

Iskorak je stvarno odlicna vježba, po meni najdraža kad radim noge ali i inace je uvrstim u trening jer je obožavam
