Trenutno treniram po obicnom split programu, jedna misicna skupina po danu.
Svaki treci dan radim kardio (vijaca, 50 rundi po 30 sekundi, 20 sekundi on 10 off) ili kada sam umoran šetam 45-60 minuta.
Prehrana :


+ 500 -800 kcal iz kokosovih kolaca koje redovito radim,ali nisu navedeni u diet organizeru.

statsi :

Visina-189cm
Težina-94kg
Opseg struka-78cm
Opseg prsa-cca 115 cm
Opseg nadlaktice-45cm
Opseg kvada-  cca 65 cm


cilj je dovesti formu do najnizeg bfa kojeg sam imao ikad, po mogucnosti natjecateljske forme ukoliko me znanje i sreca posluži... sa sadašnjih 94 na cca 90 kg kroz tri mjeseca mislim da je ok cilj. 
Dijelit cu log treninga, promjene ce biti updateane :)

Hmm, odlicno ce to biti. Koliko dugo si nabijao masu, i kad si poceo trenirati, i koje dodatke prehrani si koristio? Btw, sretno

Proucila prehranu detaljno... A pa nemrem vjerovat da konzumiras istu kolicinu proteina ko i ja (a skoro si duplo tezi)! I sretno!

Poceo sam trenirati sa 15 godina, a sada cu ubrzo imati 23. Masu sam ove godine radio cca 6 mjeseci, i koristio sam gluposti tipa kreatin monohidrat, whey , kofein, a znala se i zalomiti omega 3 u tabletama
