najveci gušt nakon treninga mi je dovuci se do zida, uzeti marker u ruku i pošarat polje za taj dan u tablici treninga za cijeli mjesec. i onda pod tuš...

totalno kul ja ne radim to ali otvorim aplikaciju za racunanje hrane i ponosno je checkiram na kraju dana

meni to isto ko da mi na ruskom piše! nemam pojma engleski. cekam da mi brat dodje doma pa da mi objasni kaj di moram kliktati.

upale mišica su redovite i tome se veselim, jer znam da se nekaj radi. al problem je kaj me smetaju ponekad. možda bi se trebala duže istezati nakon treninga?

ma nema veze sto neznas englesi. kad ti brat pokaze onda ce ti bit jasno jer mozes i na hrv unijeti svoju hranu. normalno za upale..a istezi svaki misic pa 15-20 sec, to je dovoljno

Upale su normalne, tijelo je u šoku Big smile Možeš se istezati.... i kreci se što više, šetaj malo... inace, kažu i da su i oblozi od djumbira odlicni za to... ;)

Puno povrca, orašastih plodova....hrane bogate vitaminom C, magnezijem......

pa na pomalo perverzan nacin uživam u njima samo se još moram malo naviknuti. mislim da me najviše pogodi nekih 16-18h nakon treninga i onda znam da ni zadnji trening nije bil bezveze.
teže mi pada jedino bike na duže od 10 min, al bolje se osjecam nego da sam išla autom.

Pozdrav!

Evo mene opet nakon duuuugo vremena!

100x sam odustala, 101.x se ponovno pokrenula.
No, zadnjih 3 mjeseca poprilično redovito treniram(5-6x tjedno, osim kad su "oni dani"). Popravila sam jelovnik i pijem dovoljno tekućine(2-2,5 litre dnevno)
Treniram po videima Tiffany Rothe, ima ih jako puno i traju po 10-15min pa nije dosadno. Radim njezin Twerk booty challenge i uz to kombiniram ostale videe za noge, leđa i struk. Trening mi traje 30-45min, ovisi kolko imam vremena i snage.

Mjerim se svakih mjesec dana pa evo i nekih rezultata

Sljedeći cilj mi je srediti donji dio leđa i još raditi na nogama i gluteusima
Nazire mi se već svuda nešto mišića, samo ih nisam "napinjala" za fotke
