Nemoj negativno razmišljat, naravno da ce biti sve bolje.....izracunaj koliko ti treba kalorija, 3 dana jedi 30% manje, cetvrti dan 10% manje....ako jedeš premalo organizam nece trošiti masne naslage.

Inace u ovakvim slucajevima nemam obicaj tješiti nekoga, vec cisto da sam blizu tebe nakeljila bih ti šamar - jedan/dva/tri...

Uzmi si 2 dana off, daj si oduška malo i onda stisni muda i odradi to što si zapocela do kraja. Bit ceš si zahvalna kasnije
