Upravo odradjujem pauzu od defke, vec tjedan dana, i do 1.5. sam na "masi".. he he.. pijem kreatina puno, uzeo sam preparat MassRage.. ima u sebi beta alanin, kreatin te HMB.. uz to jos pijem monohidrat, glutamin itd itd.. a nakon 1.5. imam 3 tjedna Animal Cuts, i onda mozda 2 tjedna nesto slicno tome... cemo vidjet..

Nakon dana i dana provedenih uz knjige, dosao sam do zakljucka da cu prehranu bogatu proteinima, narocito mesom, ipak malo promijeniti. Naime, odlucio sam unositi u sto manjim kolicinama proteine zivotinjskog podrijetla zbog svega sto unos naseg mesa iz ducana u organizam donosi sa sobom. Narucio sam proteinski prah od konoplje, chia sjemenke, oljustene sjemenke od konoplje itd te odlucio malo drugacije pristupiti prehrani. 
I dalje cu nastavit jesti 4-5 obroka dnevno, cijela jaja ce biti uvrstena svaki dan, dosta zobenih zitarica pomjesanih s chia sjemenkama, batat krumpir, integralna riza, kvinoja, pir, orasasti plodovi, riba, tuna, puno pahunarki i povrca jos vise.. Whey cu unositi u shake-u sa zobenima ujutro, a dekstrozu izbacujem. Posni sir ce i dalje biti svaki dan za veceru, no imam namjeru i njega izbaciti s vremenom (jednostavno ga ne mogu vise smisliti). 
Javim se s izvjestajem krajem 5. mjeseca :)

Pitanje je koji cilj je osoba zacrtala :) 

Meni je cilj da se bolje osjecam, da oporavim zglobove u tijelu, da imam vise energije i da skinem visak kilograma. Sad neka defka/masa itd me i ne zanimaju bas...

Ja se odrekao kavi u kaficima, alkohola pogotovo, ni robu ne kupujem vise.. ahahaha.. sve u prehranu u Fitter centar :)
