  covjece, neam pojma šta da pišem , poremeti me skroz....

ja bi prvo te masti probala maknut iz dorucka ( uz zobene)...

a ovo za ultra male obroke....cekaj, tebi se stvarno spava poslije svakog normalnog obroka? Je to ono malo spavanje il te baš prekine?  Ja bi mogla letit poslije zobenih ujutro :)

Nije baš ni rješenje cijeli dan jest ko vrabac, pogotovo ako vježbaš....pa nemoguce da te neki lagani proteinski obrok uspava tako  Meni se spava nakon npr. tanjura riže što je razumljivo ali recimo nakon obroka od povrca i mesa sam ko pticica. Kolko povrca jedeš?

Spavaš dovoljno?

Bitno je da uz to (dakle te UH pretežito visokog/srednjeg GI-a) pojedeš neko povrce i vec je manja šansa da ce ti se prispavati.

Istina, ili ubacim komad mesa i prepolovim kolicinu riže pa i to malo popravi situaciju... prije sam se tlacila sa nekombiniranjem UH i P i nadoknađivala to punim tanjurom UH-a - loše, hrkanac teški

Ne. U tome i je kvaka. No, ne znam mogu li to promjeniti. Trener mi je vec nekoliko puta naglasio da moram više spavati, ali ... dvoje djece i posao u koji se dajem 200%... nešto mora izvisiti. Izvisio je san. To je cijena moje ambicije.

No, takva je dosadašnja situacija. Sad polako uvodim nekakav red i plan da uvedem više sna, no naravno da rezultati nece biti vidljivi odmah kad godinama funkcioniram ovako.

Ali sve je ok dok ta hrana ne zapocne otkrivati koliko sam zapravo umorna.

Ann onda smo otkrili problem...nije u hrani stvar nego u kronicnom umoru .....tu ti vec nažalost ne možemo pomoc al trebala biš to što brže pocet mijenjat..malo pomalo bolje nego nikako!
