nakon citanja svih mogucih clanaka, FAQ-a i vecine tema
na forumu sam samo jos zbunjenija.. trebam vasu pomoc..
znaci cilj je dobivanje kilograma, tj. misicne mase

problem mi je slozit jelovnik.. napravila sam meni za
jedan dan pa vas molim da mi kazete jel idem uopce u
dobrom pravcu..

imam š80 i 55-56 kg..

znaci ja sam to ovako zamisljala:

dorucak - fitness zitarice + mlijeko + voce

međuobrok - sendvic od puretine + voce

rucak - puretina s tjesteninom i povrcem

prije treninga - zeleni caj, whey i 2 šnite integralnog
kruha s marmeladom

PWM - whey protein

vecera - tuna i grašak/mrkva/brokula

kak vam se cini?

Dorucak - š00g zobenih u mlijeku, 30g wheya (ili neki drugi izvor P), voce
MO - može proc
Rucak - također
Prije treninga bih ja pojeo neku mesinu ili sl., a ovaj whey ostavio za dorucak. U pwm-u ti ide i glukoza uz taj whey.
Vecera - ok
P.s. ako si malo duže budna, prije spavanja možeš komotno smazat 250g posnog i šaku orašastih.

da, sinoc sam probala tunu i povrce za veceru i mogu ti rec
da sam gladna bila nakon pol sata.. jel se moze za veceru
jest npr. piletina i riza ili ponoviti rucak?

Naravno da se moze.. Piletina + riza + povrce je odlican obrok, pogotovo kod rada na masi ;)
