    Evo ovako,krenuo bih na definiciju (nekih 2,3 kile) te bih nakon toga želio ostati na toj kilaži,znaci da ne idem na više. Da li onda dok sam na definiciji da i dalje dižem težine u teretani ili da ostanem na ovima na kojima sam sad? pozdrav! :)  |

   Dizi naravno. Sa prehranom ces regulirati tjelesnu masu, a masa podignutog tereta ne igra ulogu u tome, dakle radit ces na snazi, naravno ako ces raditi sa odgovarajucim tezinama.
