POZDRAV,,,OVAKO STVARI STOJE,,NEMAM VREMENA ZA POSEBNU PREHRANU.RADI POSLOVNIH OBAVEZA,,ALI SE TRUDIM KOLKO MOGU...Sleepy.VISOK SAM 180 cm,TEZAK 74 kg,HTIO BI DOBITI JOS 4 kg, I IZDEFINIRATI KOLKO MOGU TJELO..JEDEM UJUTRO POLA KILOGRAMA SIRA,,U 12 h POJEDEM PAR DEKA CAJNE,PAR DEKA PRSUTA I PAR DEKA SIRATVRDOGA VECERA JE ISTO TAKVA ALI DODAM POSLJE TRENINGA 25 dag POSNOG SIRA,,A PRIJE TENINGA DIMCEK 15 dag,3 BANANE,1 JABUKU....PA ME ZANIMA STO O TOME MISLITE I ŠTO BI TREBAO DODATI ILI IZBACITI...MOLIM POMOC,,HVALA..Hug

Pozdrav , evo želje su ti iste kao i moje , ali prehranu trebaš srediti !
Citaj po forumu imaš puno informacija, neznam koliko i šta radiš, ali vidim da imaš mjesta za barem 3 velika obroka pa tako i napravi Smile

ali radim 10-12 sati dnevno i jedem ono sto dobijemo za gablec..pa radim 1 i pol.jedan dan ruke ledja i ramena.drugi dan prsa i trbuh..a sta predlazes za prehranu da ubacim ili izbacim nesto van od toga ako nije problem..

S takvom prehranom možeš dobit na masi, samo još ubaci proteina, ali teško da ceš i neku odredjenu definiciju jer za to prehrana mora bit skoro pa savršena

a da to i mislim ubaciti trebao bi jo 4 kg nabaciti i to bi bilo odlicno ja mislim,,ali me jebu radne obaveze pa mi je tesko to uskladiti,,ali sam iz prehrane izbacio kruh..i pokusavam jesti dosta mesa i sira,,i uzimati sto manje masnoca..jedem dnevno pol kile banana na to sve i 1 jabuku,,
