Vidjam dosta cesto da ljudi kombiniraju ruke kad rade deadlift. Malo imaju jednako okrenute dlanove malo suprotno okrenute.

Kako vi radite ?  - mislim na dlanove

Pa sto se toga tice ja osobno ne radim tako,ja radim sa dlanovima okrenutima prema unutra. A takoder sam citao da je bolje onako suprotno,ali nema sanse -meni skroz nezgodno kad su dlanovi zakrenuti

Mozda ti jesi jaci ali ja sam ludji

da meni je trener isto pokazao da je bolje kombinirani hvat kad je veca tezina, ali tako obicno drzim samo zadnje dvije serije, a prije kad su manje tezine onda normalni hvat prema dolje

 svaka vjezba ti je opasna ako je krivo izvodis. ova je posebno rizicna, stoga dobro prouci tehniku prije nego krenes s vecim tezinama i neka te netko iskusniji nadgleda.

inace vjezba je fantasticna i dobro je sto se raspitujes za pravilno izvodjenje.

Koristi normalni hvat,dlanovi okrenuti prema sebi. Mješani hvat se koristi ugl kod maksimalnih težina,u protivnom moze dovest do asimetrije. Možeš koristit gurtne.

Ja koristim kombinirani hvat, samo sto svaku seriju okrenem ruke. Ne znam, kad koristim obicni hvat stalno mi klizi uteg iz ruku...

E sad, jedni govore jedno, jedni drugo.. Ugl, na maksimalnom povlacenju koristim jos i gurtne, a dok radim serije bez njih. Prije sam radio sa nathvatom, ali otkad sam presao š00kg u serijama jednostavno mi klizi uteg... Ne znam, bice da imam slab hvat.

 A to je normalno da pri velikim tezinama klizi uteg.. probaj stavit onaj prah na ruke.. Ja sam smrvio tablete magnezija na savjet thorna, i puno manje klizi.. ali da, imamo slab hvat

ili kupite magnezij karbonat ;) jeftin je a traje vjecnost

ja sam isto povlacio više sa mješovitim ali sad sam skinuo kilaže i radim s nadhvatom

 a sada dok citam sve ovo.. razmisljam da mi nije mozda mrtvo dizanje sj..  lijevo rame.. naime, radio sam stalno mjesoviti hvat kod velikih tezina, s time da je lijeva ruka uvijel bila u nadhvatu.. mozda mi je zato otislo lijevo rame naprijed
