  Ja radim prvo 3 serije po 5, pa onda predjem na ponavljanja po 3 povecavajuci tezinu dok ne dodjem do one kada ne mogu vise odraditi 3 ponavljanja. Onda predjem na š ponavljanje i tako 3,4 serije.

Radi svaki trening drugi rep sistem, 5x5, 3x8, 8x3 pa sve ispocetka.

Zato da ne radiš svaki trenig istim volumenom i intenzitetom. Plus da ti nadodam da DL ne radiš s nekim velikim brojem ponavljanja jer nema smisla. osmice su maksimum, trojke i petice meni najbolje odgovaraju a i kilažu uredno dižem iz treninga u trenig što i jest cilj. Uostalom, Thorn bi se mogao više raspisat o DL jer je on tata-mata za tu vježbu
