Ne vidim zašto se pizza s povrcem i ne masnim nadjevima nebi pojela nakon treninga..

Pozz svima.Novi sam clan i prije svega zelim da pohvalim ovaj clanak a i samu stranicu, predooobra je.A sto se tice ove vrste ishrane,meni licno ne odgovara(ponekad prekrsim naravno kao i svi),ali se u potpusnosti slazem sa svim navedenim gore..cista desetka za tekst:-))

Ne vidim zašto se pizza s povrcem i ne masnim nadjevima nebi pojela nakon treninga? Ja mislim da ti je ta pica posle treninga vrlo slab obrok u ne uonisis dovoljno proteina mozes ti to pojetsti alo jos nesto pored toga to ti moze biti neki deo ali definitivno nakon treninga samo to pojesti neces oporaviti misice.

Pa poslje treninga se unose proteini i jednostavni ugljikohidrati (dekstroza)
Znaci 20-30 g proteina ( whey, posni, jaja), te 50-80 g jednostavnih UH (30 g glukoze u prahu pomješane s vodom-ima za kupit u dm-a, te 0,5 L poweradea)
I je***a ekipa i meni je bilo tesko naviknut se na prehranu jer sam navikao jest hranu iz užitka a sad jedem iz potrebe, cisto rutinski.... Zapamtite- NO PAIN, NO GAIN

poslije treninga bilo koje vrste pa cak i intervalnog kardia SLOBODNO priuštiti si neki slatkiš sa proteinskim napitkom ili krutom hranom. ja npr uvijek uklopim meduobrok ili cak obrok nakon vježbe. desert nam je potreban jaca metabolizam i daje psihicku snagu za dalje. red cokolade ili par keksa sa nekim proteinima nakon treninga je nešto najidealnije bilo da ste na definiciji ili masi ( na masi može i više). pa kaj vam je, ljudi bi pukli više od tog režima non je*** stop.
Velicanstveni orao na tlu slomio je krila, zato ja sa obje noge odlucih poletit'.
