Svida mi se clanak, samo mi nije jasno kako su se nožni potisak i ekstenzija našli u ovom sklopu vježbi.

Slazem se! Kakva extenzija... A gdje je one legged deadlift? E to je vjezba! ;)
Um je poput padobrana - funkcionira jedino ako je otvoren.

ja se ne slažem, je da ekstenzija stavlja stres na koljena i da nije prirodan pokret kao što je čučanj, meni se kao izolirajuća pokazala najboljom kao finisher za masu kvadricepsa..
