crossfit trening + snaga

 e fitovci volio bih da mi kazete sta mislite o kombinaciji treninga snage i crossfit treninga, odnosno rada osnovnih vjezbi cucanj, deadlift, bench, i zgibovi sa dodatnim opterecenjem za snagu i crossfit treninga, tipa 2 pa š, jedan dan crossfit drugi snaga, treci pauza i sve tako?!

pa jel se ne radi u crossfitu i za snagu?

 pa radi hehe,al u ovom slucaju se radi neki crossfit treninzi tipa "FRAN", "ELIZABETH", "filthy FIFTY" i tako ti treninzi koji rade na izdrzljivosti odnosno kondiciji i snaznoj izdrzljivosti, dok taj trening snage je kombinacija jedan dan  crossfit,drugi dan prednji cucanj i bench, pa dan pauze pa crossfit pa dan vratilo sa opterecenjme i deadlift.

Mislim htio sam pitati jel puno to sve, jel treba sta mijenjati i jel dovoljan dan pauze i nakon koliko bi se trebalo mijenjati plan da nedodje do zasicenosti, al ipak crossfit se stalno mijenja, jer je trening za citavo tijelo.

A cuj, iskreno mislim da je to previše, a pokazalo se da muški reagiraju dosta lošije od žena na takav tip vježbanja

E sad.. ovisi sve tocno koliko je cega , kakav je intenzitet, tvojoj genetici, prehrani i slicno

 ok hvala, al ev imam jos dvije te sedmice da odradim,jer radim tu snagu po nekim postotcima ono povecanje svake sedmice po nekoliko % i to traje oko 6-8 sedmice pa cu da vidim jel se povecao šRM, pa cu znati jel uspio il ne, kazu ak ne probas ne znas, pa cemo da mijenjamo,

naravno, najbolji nacin je da isprobaš na sebi javi rezultate
