A i to je mjereno dosta ranije, za mjesec dana ide novo testiranje zbog promjene i prilagodbe programa, pa cu prijavit opet

jesam.. radim biceps pregib sa 2,5 kg

desnu nesmjem raditi da ne povecam razliku... od leg press-a me boli koljeno.. ostaje mi bicikl i bodyweight cucnjevi i iskoraci, lol

Ma ne, nije to, nego sam pao dosta kilograma, nenadano, stres, problemi i ta sr***a. 83kg sad imam na š87 visine. Bio sam prije dosta bolji sto se toga tice.
