Iz Dubrovnika sam, zovem se Maro, imam 32 godine i puno previse kg. Visok š9š a imam š05 kg.  Tu sam da mi kazete moze li se vise ista spasit.  Apsoluto nikakvog iskustva nemam niti sam pokusavao nesto radit, ali definitivno zelim. Inace radim posao koji mi jako ogranicava mogucnosti, pomorac sam. To mi je kao neki izgovor sto sam u ovako losem stanju.

bolje da imaš više kg nego manje
ja ti nemogu nikakav savjet dati jer nemam pojma o nicemu,

  da..prouci malo stranicu i saznat ceš dosta toga korisnog...ali naravno..malo volje,upornosti,PRAVILNA PREHRANA i VJEBANJE i rezultati nece izostat...PRIMI SE POSLA!!!

Hvala ljudi na dobrodoslici. Proucavanje stranice se naravno podrazumjeva.

Lako mi se kretati kad sam doma, evo bike je u pogonu zadnjih dana, tu se napreduje.  Ali na brodu sam prilicno ogranicen. Ne samo sa kretanjem nego i sa prehranom, a kako cu sada ici na 6 mjeseci bit ce prava borba.

Evo ljudi odoh u subotu na brod. Pokusat cu jos pokupit sto vise korisnih informacija odavde i primjenit to sto je vise moguce u sljedecih 6 mjeseci koliko cu bit tamo.
