jel ima tkogod da uprži doticne cd/DVD-ove ( intensity )
obzirom da u mom selu spor internet :)
ja mogu ponudit cd/dvd-ove treninga s girjama ( Steve
Cotter ), capoeira, shaolin kung-fu, pa neki bb treninzi

Insanity trening je veoma mocan trening, može se upustiti bilo ko u njega ali nece ni 30% moci pratiti shauna i ekipu, ja sam puno trcao jacao snagu povecao konediciju kroz ljeto, ali nisam ni približno u formi kao oni, 2 tjedna treniram insanity, unosim puno manje kalorije nego prije i nisam uocio neki rezultat, kao ni manjak kilaže...E sad neznam kakve se reakcije u mom telu dešavaju, dali ce neko znati?

I dali je neko od vas postigao ikakav rezultat ovim vježbama? u mjesec - 2 mjeseca kako oni to kažu?! Hvala

 Ujutro-podne- oko š5h jedem sve normalno, kasnje ne jedem ništa a poslije jaceg treninga uzmem weider 80 plus...

što se tice rezultata, meni su došli tijekom drugog mjeseca, pritom mislim na kilažu i centimetre, a što se tice kondicije vec sam nakon dva tjedna osjetila napredak. Prehrana je naravno kljucna, pogotovo kod tako intenzivnog programa. Kao što ti je i Davor rekao, nikako ne smiješ smanjiti kalorije, a jako je bitna i dovoljna kolicina kvalitetnih uh.

Evo s ovime si sve rekao!!!

Trebas imat dnevno oko 6 obroka. Npr. u 8, šš, š4, š7, š9.30, 22,,,

Usporio si metabolizam.. baci se na citanje foruma i blog postova.. imas moj zadnji post koji govori o mrsavljenju...

  A šta s onim istraživajnima da je bolje jesti manje obroka na dan zbog ocuvanja organa?? to su neka ruska istraživanja, malo je offtopic ali šta mislite o tome'?
