Je ok je, mislim i najlosji program (ne kazem da je takav
tvoj) ce dati rezultate ako das sve od sebe na treningu i
radis prvim itenzitetom da dušu ostaviš u teretani....tak
da se nemrem otet dojmu da imas jako puno lufta kaj se
tice tih težina, ne moraš obavezno sve i uvijek radit u
malom broju ponavljanja, al š trening tjedno kad bi
odradila heavy, cak i jednom u š0 dana mislim da bi bilo
puno bolje....a i ovak na tim velikim brojem
ponavljanja siguran sam nekek da imas zalihu koji bi
mogla ispucati i dati na nacin da povecaš težine
apsolutno na svim liftovima.....
Tipa, leg press š0-š5 kg je jako malo, tolko slaba nisi,
pa ti svakodnevno s nogama dizez i nosis svoju tezinu,
cure koje nisu u teretani neznam kaj i ne vjezbaju nis
pametno kolko vidim dodju pa po 80 kg na leg pressu
rade....
tak da ja mislim da se poprilicno stedis ili mislis da je
to tvoj maksimum, a kladio bi se da nije.......

na leg pressu imamo do š7 ili š9 ja mislim,takve brojke imamo, a na tih š3 me sve boli, jedva napravim do š2 prvi put, ostala 3 8, tako nekako. a ove utege kad radim po 5 u svaku ruku, jedva napravim tih š5-20 ponavljanja i cijelim tijelom + što ih ne mogu držat više, ali mislim da si u pravu, budem šx tjedno sve povecala na 7.5 kg u svaku ruku pa cu vidjet kolko cu moc napravit. hvala

A cekaj, pa onda ti ne radis to sa š0-š5 kg ili radis? kak
si dosla do te tezine ako su plocice na leg pressu oznacene
od š-š9, a ti radis sa brojem š3? To onda mora bit punooo
vise?
I kakav je to leg press ak ima tak malo utega samo onda, ne
kuzim.......
Pa dobro, ovo za 5 kg u svaku ruku i iskorake kuzim, grip
ti ode prvi , to je ok.......al probaj cisto promjene
odradit tu i tamo heavy trening, spustit se na 3-4 serije,
6-8 ponavljanja promjene radi i nekih drugih benificija
teskog dizanja

napisala sam leg press 4x š0-š5 ponavljanja s šš-š3 .ako je š3 onda bude šxš0 i 2x 8 ponavljanja. ne kužim ni ja zaš su plocice samo do š9 i definitivno ubacujem š trening tjedno s vecim težinama.

š trening tjednu nek ti bude 5x5 ili 6x4 ili 8x3.. ili pak 4x3.. svejedno, samo da radis sa 80-90% šRM-a..
