Razumijem te u potpunosti kad kažeš "nisam ni blizu toga što želim" jer i sama uvijek ciljam na ono idealno i još uvijek nisam ni na pola puta. Tebe isto ceka ogroman posao, nije lako sredit guzu, a u tvom slucaju ona "visi" pa ce trebati dosta se potruditi kako bi ju podigla i zaoblila, a i riješila da se ne vidi naborana koža ispod.
Trbuh mi uopce nije loš, sviđa mi se! A i sama znaš kak se on ponaša i kak ceš ga stesat, tako da ne cu duljit o tome!
Kao kompletna slika za pocetak, sviđa mi se i samim time što si se pokazala tu znaci da želiš vidljiv pomak!
Držim ti fige i budemo ti pomogli, ne!

hvala na kriticnosti zika, s obzirom na to što ja mislim o svojim fotkama stvarno nisam ocekvala ovoliko pozitivnih komentara. naravno da sam svjesna ovog što si rekla oko guze i molila bih kad ti se bude dalo preporuci nešto u tom smjeru

Oh, za guzu sam strucnjak!
Sutra cu imat vremena na poslu popodne, pa cu ti dat par ideja i savjeta, makar nema tu puno filozofije, vecinu puta samo moraš odabrat dobre gace!

Misliš da je pretjerala?

Meni se isto ne cini da takkk visiii, uvijek može bolje dalkeo od toga i nije savršena , al ne cini mi se takkk viseca....
Sve više mi se cini da je Zika dobro rekla da najviše i u vecini puta ovisi o gacicama koje obuceš

po meni, definitivno je spuštenija, ali vidim pomak otkad radim deadlift i iskorake, sad još kad ubacim novih vježbi i uspijem izvest široki cucanj ravnih leđa, gotovo da sam optimisticna

  Meni se ne cini tolko spuštena kak sam rekel......neg prilicno dobra, moze se to utegnit i podic al nije tolko kriticno ni blizu......
Ja sam iskreno ocekivao puno goru situaciju Anastasia s obzirom kolko si kukala oko stanja donjeg dijela tijela tak da sam se jako iznenadio kad sam vidio jer sam mislio da je za 50% gora situacija

jao pa baš danas sam radila glute bridges ali bez utega, 3x 20, s jednom nogom u zraku naizmjence. super je vježba, ali ju radim rijetko nekako, moram 2x tjedno ubacit
