je, bit ce split, s time da ramena, biceps, triceps radim zajedno, eventualno triceps odradim uz prsa ak cu imati vremena. tezine su takve da 3. seriju napravim nesto teze. stavljat cu naglasak na intezitetu, ne toliko na tezinama, jer mislim da s vecim tezinama dolazi veci katabolizam (pogotovo uz š0-š5 ponavljanja kako cu raditi), a ne unosi se dovoljno UH da bi se zaustavio katabolizam.
cardio mi je samo LI cardio, znaci brzo hodanje 6,5km/h.
jednom tjedno cu raditi HIIT, nadam se da ce uz punjenje nedjeljom to biti dovoljno.

i da... jedva cekam nedjelju... poceo sam piti caj s cimetom (onaj u prahu, ne tipa caj jabuka cimet ;) ) i tako mi se jedu knedle... stara ce me ubiti kaj cu je to traziti da mi napravi uz nedjeljni rucak, al jbga, pomoci cu joj, ona ce pomoci samo u nekim dijelovima koje za sada nisam savladao :)

  Ne mislis uopce imat heavy treninga? A kaj se itenziteta tice, mislim da ti je malo previše minuta odmora između serija ak ti je naglasak itenzitet, Neznam na kojim tezinama bus radio ostale vjezbe da vidim di su od mojih trenutno kaj radim na 20 sec odmora, al onda bi vjerovatno morao i spustat tezine ako oces povecat itnez. s tim da sam ja radio fullbody, kruzno  tak da nije isto....
Pretpostavljam da ti oces zahvatit malo veci intenzitet, ali i kolko tolko da bude dio posla i za ocuvanje misicne s tim nacinom jel?

ja i dalje treniram, vozim bicikl, trcim malo i tak... al malo i getalajfam :)

nakon nekog vremena cu poceti 3 sata raditi cardio (ako ce mi slobodno vrijeme dozvoliti), ne vjerujem u one price kako ce se tijelo naviknuti na kardio. ako nesto radis, moras dobivati energiju od nekuda, ne mozes raditi na zrak... (ako mislis na to)

25. 2.

ludi dan, nisam nista stigao, samo doma radio sklekove - 4 serije po š5 ponavljanja normalni, uski, kosi (podignute noge) i dipseve

prehrana kao i inace, da se ne ponavljam...

 

26. 2.

danas i sutra radim cijeli dan tak da mi ostaje samo vecer za aktivnosti...

LI cardio 2 sata navecer

A ne...nece se tijelo naviknuti na kardio...ali meni uvijek
na
pocetku lakše držati kcal nisko...i u kasnijoj fazi
ubaciti
kardia...nego ga povecati na 3h...cist zato pitam
