Probaj drugacije vjezbe za trbuh, ima ih mali milijun i probaj s nekim opterecenjem raditi. Uglavnom vjezbe nebi trebale biti uvijek iste jer se kasnije misic navikne na to isto pa vise niti ne reagira tako da ni nema pomaka.

mene ona iskreno nervira .ova prva 2 linka su mi ok.
danas sam radila ove vizbice sa prva 2 linka i napredak se vidi misici su se pokrenili .

L-Carnitine u bombonima hm... pa trebalo bi valjat ali nisam nikad probao tj ti bi trebala znat jel si vec pila L-carnitin i osjetila si jel djeluje ili ne

Jel si ti inace osjetila ikakvu razliku od kad uzimas l-carnitin?
Ako si mozes prisutiti najbolje da probas pa da vidis jel valja

jesam prvo sam uzimala oni multipowerov ka sokic i taj je super,al kako kosta nekih š3kn bocica izlazilo me skupo ,pa sam si uzela oni dmovski za pravit doma ka prah.u ovom gradu nemos nac pravu butigu od prehrane i dodataka .multipowerov sokic je super,dmov nije loš,rezultrata ima.samo kad pijes ti sokic bas bas moras bit nekako na orbitreku ili traci steperu .
a ne znam kaki su ti bomboni jel to sta djeluje.zato sam i pitala.

jesam ,naravno da sam vidila razliku,znois se vise,znoj ti onako malo masniji,a i boga mi mogu ti rec da pozitivno djeluje na celulit.sad ja nisam bas da ga uzimam svaki put kad idem u gym ,nego samo onda kad mi je dan od nogu ili kad znam da cu visit na orbitreku,traci ili steperu 20 min i vise.ka i nije ga preporucljivo pit bez da ne radis nista ne vjezbas.

sta se bas tice rezultata nisu plocice osvanile nakon danasnjeg rada ,al sam osijetila napor i rad misica, weeeeeeeeeeeee opet su se pokrenili .

zapravo meni je najdraze ujutro,vec tamo iza rucka mi se bas i neda.cek jel ne preporucavas 2-3 sata prije spavanja vizbanje samo zbog tog ne spavanja ili jos necega?
