Imam š6 godina..Treniram nogomet, imam dosta jake treninge 6 puta tjedno. Jedem poprilicno zdravo.Zelio bih kupiti nekakve suplemente a neznam koje.Da li da kupim nesto za vrijeme treninga, za poslije treninga ili nesto trece, i kakve dodatke prehrani.Smile

ujutro obicno nekaj namazem na kruh, rucak nekakvo meso, krumpir i salata, oko 5-6 palacinke ili tak nekaj, i poslije kad se vratim s treninga, dva jogurta i snita kruha (tak nekaj)..

To je sve samo ne zdravo ;) Za pocetak sredi prehranu (procitaj FAQ i jelovnike ostalih forumaša), a kasnije razmišljaj o suplementima
