ja imam 24 godine i skinuo sam kile sa šš5 na 97 i lagano su se pocele vracati ...pa trebam savjet dali bi mi fitnes u teretani pomogao da održim kilažu i masu pretvorim u mišice

dobrodošao jolle Fitness u teretani ti nece pomoci da masu pretvoriš u mišice ali ce ti pomoci da masu skineš, a mišice ojacaš....no, prvo bi se trebalo pozabaviti sa prehranom jer se te kile ne vracaju od zraka, je li tako? Prošetaj malo po forumu ako vec nisi, ima dosta savjeta, a onda ako ti još nešto ne bude jasno slobodno pitaj! |
