evo fitovci borim se s kilama i htjela bi ucvrstiti tijelo...zanima me sta je najbolje za to odabrati??koji sport,ples?? razmisljam izmedu s factor, trbusni, zenski boks ili nesto slicno..

Ja sam se aktivno bavio boksom dugo.. sada trenutno rekreativno.. Odlican je za gornji dio tijela, i pogotovo za ramena i ledja.
