Sad malo bez sale :)... Jako oprezno sa ovim... Na hiljade nuacnih studija su dokazale (mozes proguglat) da su steroidi izuzetno stetni za ljudsko zdravlje... Svi oni pocivaju na bazi testosterona (muskog spolnog hormona), koji ima anabolnu ulogu, ali u prevelikim kolicinama poremecuje cijeli sistem hipofiza-hipotalamus sprega. a vi ste daleko sad otisli,ugl,procita sam da bi trebao oko š000 kcal na dan unijeti,e sad,gleda sam malo tablice i to je jako malo,volio bi da mogu naci neki popis prehrane,tocno odredeno sto i kako jer tesko da cu sam to napravit,treba paziti na kolicinu proteina u obroku,broju obroka,kalorijama itd itd... :/

Dorucak: banana i zobene pahuljice Meduobrok (skola): b aktiv i slanac ili nesto slicno Rucak:š00 g piletine ili nekog mesa i rize i sl. Nakon treninga :Whey i grozdani secer Prije spavanja/š-š ipo sat nakon treninga: zrnati sir Gledajuci po kalorijskim tablicama ,ovaj dan sadrzi oko š300 kcal. |

ovako ce momak otic u teski katabolitam i bit ce sjeban. nek poveca na 2000kcal za definiciju dovoljno(ja san tu negdi na toj brojci,mozda koji kcal vise nekad ugl tuda)
