Pozdrav ljudi!
Ovako, zelim krenuti u teretanu, pa bi htjeo da mi netko napise program vjezbanja, i program prehrane (sto jesti i kada jesti). Imam š70 cm i 65 kila, htjeo bi dobiti nekih 5 kila, i dobro se izdefinirati. Isao sam i prije u teretanu, sam sam si pravio nekakve programe, ali nikad nisam bio siguran da li pravilno radim. Najvise me zanima prehrana (da li moram piti proteine ili to mogu nadomjestiti obicnom hranom?). Unaprijed hvala! |

Prijatelju da bi se izdefinisao moras dobiti masu , bas kao sto si rekao ali pre toga moras imati finog staza u teretani da kad posle stesanja ostane misic a ne mrtvo slovo na papiru. U temi iznad sam napisao nesto, sto ti moze pomoci |
