nešto sam gledala taj P90X ali nisam dosad skidala, bilo me trta da se ne nabildam previše. od svojih doma, imam crobik u razlicitim programima, i naravno, "Maya yourself fitness". zar nema neki brzi program? onako, kao celebrityji kad treniraju prije dodjele Oscara? nešto brzo u dva-tri tjedna? |

4-5 kg za Božic? ok, šta je tu je :) Sad sredi prehranu, a što se treninga tice, tu ti što više kretanja treba tako da bi ja pilates, yogu i ostale staticne vježbice ostavila za sad po strani ili kao nadopunu crobnom treningu - nikako samo to, treba te zalihe pokrenut sad ;) Ili kako to je Illy rekao, prvo pilates pa onda crobik.. skini si ako možeš ovaj p90x pa vidi malo, ili radi taj step crobik, kardio skakutanja ..:) štogod, samo da digneš malo taj puls kako spada |

pozdrav svima, nova sam ovdje i trebam savjet: natukla sam nekih 4 do 5 kg još za Božic (medenjaci su me porazili), najviše je stradao moj divni struk, malo bedra i tipicno ženski - guza. i sad ih teško skidam. inace, nemam nigdje blizu teretanu, ali sam koliko-toliko uporan vježbac doma. skinula sam si razne sadržaje - pilates, yogu, step crobik, hrpu kardio skakutanja, vježbe istezanja, baletne programe. zanima me kako da ih kombiniram da se riješim viška? dnevno si mogu odvojiti nekih pola sata, najviše sat, obaveze mi ne dopuštaju više. mislim pokušati prvo zagrijavanje par minuta, pa crobik pola sata i finiš nekih 20-ak minuta pilatesa. ili više crobika? ili nešto stoto?
