hm da ,,,,i mene muci ova tema...
skoro pa otkad znam za sebe... Trcim ko manijak a škemba nikak da siđe... ali evo tu ima korisnih savijeta pa cu primjeniti neke... Ja sam cak bio trcao i sa folijom ![]() |

Nadam se da nisi foliju direktno stavio na kozu, vec preko majice, kako bi majica ubila znoj. Ali time sto si omotao foliju, ili recimo ja imam doma od ronilackog odijela nacinjeno za oko struka, nisi si smanjio centimetre.. oni se smanjuju u kuhinji ![]() ![]() |

Folija je nepotrebna za skidanje masti zbog toga što je nepropusna te povisuje temperaturu tam gdje je stavljena a organizam ce na to reagirati preznojavanjem, trošenjem vode tocnije ali opet nisi postigao ništa u vezi masti.
Ono što davor koristi, vjerujem da se radio o neoprenskom pojasu, istom onom koji se može jeftino uzet u svakom vecem odijelu sportske opreme. Također imam jedan ali ga nikako ne koristim u svrhu topljenja masnih naslaga vec upravo zbog prvog razloga, dizanje temperature u tom podrucju. |
