E ovako u 20 min hodanja neko izmednju srednju i brzu se potrosi hmmm oko 60 kalorija sto bi znacilo 1h bi bilo 180 kalorija i za 7 sati je to oko 1260 kalorija. Jedi sto god hoces. Bus ti to sve potrosila. Uzivaj i sretno.

ahah,gymka,nisu problem sveukupni carbsi,i inace ih unosim,ono 100-150-200g-kako kad,al nikad ih nisam uosila tak puno odjednom,cak i na cheat dane su rasporedeni na cijeli dan

Svih zabrinjavaju kruh i carbsi ali "poprilicno kikiriki maslaca" nije problem, ha ;) Nakon cijelog dana low carba i hodanja, 100g kruha i sladoled je ništa....ne znam tvoju pricu ali kakva god bila, za taj jedan dan ( a i za inace) bezrazložno se brineš. |

evo dragi moji fitovci,sutra idem na cjelodnevno pjesacenje u ilacu..posto do tam ima dobrih 27 km,setnja ce trajati nekih 7-8 sati...e sad me zanima ima li tko prijedloge kako se hranit,mislila sam bit na nekih 1700 kcal i prek dana low carb(jer me carbsi umaraju i imam od njih nekad osjecaj tezine u zeludcu)a kad dodem pojest neki slados i sendvic od domaceg graham kruha s poprilicno kikiriki maslaca posuto cimetom...sto mislite o tome,slados navecer oko 7-8 pa sendvic,hoce to bit previse carbs odjednom(u pitanju je 100 g kruha)...
