   koliko se bitno mijenjaju nutricionisticke vrijednosti jaja ako je ono kuhano ili "na oko"? u tablici kcal na stranici pisu podaci ali neznam dali se odnosi na kuhano,sirovo ili kakvo-god-pripremljeno!

 Jedino sto ti mogu reci da vec ako jaja radis u tavi da budu kajgana i da ih stalno okreces i mijesas tijekom pecenja kako se ne bi zapekla. Bez ulja ili vrlo malo razmazati po cijeloj tavi. Jednom davno sam naletio na nekakvu stranicu u kojoj ima tocno definirano za svaki nacin pripreme hrane ali naravno da ju nemam spremljenu... Google....  |

    evo jedan super recept za jaja, stavite vodu da uskuha i kad uskuha razbijte jaje i ubacite ga unutra i kad se bjelanjak ucvrsti malo to je to, treba par pokusaja za uci u stos a okus je slican friganom jaju a nema dodane nikakve masnoce
